The Return of the Violin
A film that makes you celebrate! This is the remarkable story of a 1731 Stradivarius violin owned by Israeli Philiharmonic founder Bronislaw Huberman. The instrument was stolen in 1936, while Humberman was performing on stage a Carnegie Hall, and it remained "lost" for almost 50 years. Jewish-American virtuoso, Joshua Bell, now plays the violin in concerts around the world. If you loved Ochestra of the Exiles last year, you will be enthralled with The Return of the Violin.
~English/Hebrew and Polish with English Subtitles ~Director: Haim Hecht ~Length: 65 minutes
