We find interesting people to talk about baseball and we drink independent Ontario craft beer.
Think TED Talks with hops and grass stains.
Our mission is to connect with the growing crowd of sophisticated baseball enthusiasts in Toronto by facilitating informed and entertaining discussions on the game we love. The format is broad and flexible and can include storytelling, presentations, debate, panels and lectures and is at the discretion of the guest speaker. Every PITCH will include an interactive open question period with the speaker.
Speakers: Richard Griffin (Toronto Star) & Scott MacArthur (TSN Radio 1050) Cathal Kelly (Globe & Mail) & Brendan Kennedy (Toronto Star) on Why do we talk to players? Alexis Brudnicki (Canadian Baseball Network) on international baseball and breaking in to the boys club. Cashew Mirman's Blue Jays animated films.
