Salon Selects: Honey Tasting
In the process of pollinating one third of our fruits and vegetables, honeybees collect nectar and turn it into golden, delicious, healthful, and medicinal honey.
On this gustatory journey you'll sample honeys from around the world, with Marina Marchese -- beekeeper and author of "The Honey Connoisseur" -- guiding you through the unique qualities (like wine, called terroir) of each, based on region, flower source, color, body, scent, taste.
Pamper your palate with seven golden honeys, paired with chocolate, bread, cheeses, and more. Bubbly will also be served.

"Salon Selects" is a curated series that convenes guests around quality entertainment in an intimate setting. Spring/Summer 2014 is its final season.
