Jennifer Lee and the Ever-Expanding Universe

Oakland-based vocalist / instrumentalist / songwriter Jennifer Lee brings warmth, joy and upliftment to the stage as she and her band perform originals, American-songbook standards and Brazilian standards.

Jennifer Lee is a complete jazz musician. She plays piano and guitar, has a huge repertoire of standards, Brazilian bossa novas, little known classics, and original songs. She's recorded two full length CDs, has played at Yoshi's, and has been referred to as the Bay Area's Diana Krall. With her band Doce Brazil, Jennifer has played at the SF Jazz Summerfest and to sold out venues throughout California.

We've seen her perform in a small venue and think you'll agree that her bossa novas (in perfect Portugese) are something to look forward to. Yet, she has amazing versatility and can bring on the blues as well!
