Knock knock and come on in! The Mississippi Madam of Mayhem will be knocking it off the hook at Off Market Theater! Voice Over Artist, Stand Up Comic and Master Storyteller Angie Krass, has never been one to play by the rules or live life by the norms. Her life has generally been a case of wrong city, wrong state, wrong country or wrong bed.
Fleeing the south and her family's attempts to impregnate her in order to make her straight, Angie eloped to the Kingdom of Denmark where she legally married the woman of her dreams. When she woke up 3 years later she fled back to th U.S. and began her San Francisco Speed Tour. (Don't worry as this show will definately not cause you to relapse).
It's a philosophy of love, sex, family, glass-eyed escorts, cricket farms and more. For gays AND their friends. Heck bring your mama...especially if she's pretty. Life is an experi-Mint...suck it.
Angie has performed with Marga Gomez, the Women on the Way Festival , QComedy and her own various productions at the Dark Room. Hailed by the SF Chronicle as one "hilarious Southern -fried" comedienne. If you like Margaret Cho, you will flip for Angie Krass!
