Sultans of Swig Genesee Country Village Brew day
Ticket sales will end on MAY 19th at Midnight!!!!
On Saturday May 31st the Sultans have arranged for a Brew Day at the 1800's replica brewery in the Genesee Country Village. Information on Grieve's Brewery can be found at www.gcv.org. As part of the deal we will have the run of the brewery and participate in the brew. Since this is a museum we encourage members of the Sultans to bring their families and kids. They can explore while we brew.
We will meet at the TRANSIT RD Park and Ride at 8:00am to carpool there. Our brew day starts at 9:30am, which is a half hour before the museum opens at 10am. The group who are participating in the brewery will be greeted by a staff member and will be escorted back to begin the day! Throughout the process, the group will be released periodically to go wonder the village as they please, giving them a chance to tour the rest of the village, eat lunch, as well as visit the Art Gallery & Intrepid Balloon if they choose to do so. Those family members who wish to just visit the museum portion are welcome to enter with us.
The discounted group cost for this event is as follows:
Brewers: $25
Adult Museum Only: $14.50
Children Museum Only: $6.50
Children U3 Museum Only: Free
The deadline to sign up is May 19th (our May meeting). At that time both a headcount and your money is required. Because they are opening up early for our group and giving us the brewery for the day they want prepayment of admission fees. Please include with your payment the names and price grouping of the people going. Please make all checks out the "The Sultans of Swig" and can be turned in to me at the meeting. We will be giving the museum the final count and payment after the May meeting. All sales are final once the payment and headcount are submitted to GCV.
