This class is about using Buddhist practice as medicine. From simple meditation to advanced Vajrayana practices or reciting mantras, our practices can all be used as medicine. Viewing our practice as medicine is also a great motivator for diligence! How we see things and how we label them can change everything. Remembering that our thoughts are basically the only thing we can change is important. And, the importance of contemplating the words you are reading, reciting, thinking. Our thoughts are essential. It is possible to train our minds to work differently. Concept!
Perhaps the most important aspect of practice is always keeping Bodhicitta in the forefront of our minds. Remembering that, your practice always benefits all sentient beings. There will be questions and discussions at the end.
