Julia Jackson is a San Francisco comedienne and actress. Her skewering of political figures, as well as her own family, has earned her a loyal following in the Bay Area. Living Y chromosome challenged and having a family tree that reaches from Wisconsin to Harlem, has left Julia with no shortage of material to draw from. Julia has performed at the Fringe festival in Edinburgh, Scotland, was a Semi-Finalist in the San Francisco International Comedy Competition, and performs regularly at The Punchline. She appeared in the film 'Some Prefer Cake', and has performed with Robin Williams, Dana Carvey, and Paul Mooney.
