THE FOOLS DINNER: A Husick's By Forester X Perch Wine Co. Dinner
On Tuesday April 1st, Fool's Day, Chef Matt Brown of Husick's by Forester and Adam Saake of Perch Wine Company present to you an evening of five courses paired with wines and foolish stories. The restaurant, a beautiful historic building glowing in the river moonlight of Clarksburg in the Sacramento Delta, will be the perfect setting for a deliciously magical evening.
In many ways, this dinner is a lifetime in the making. Matt and Adam have been friends for many years and their respective careers in the food and wine world moved parallel to one another, grown from the same scion. Two fools bringing their dreams to life by staying curious and keeping their knowledge reborn.
