Billy Bailey was having a day like any other day, until a strange light began to glow underneath the drawings scattered across his bedroom desk. It was a...GOLDEN PENCIL! Billy quickly discovers that anything he draws can come to life, and what's more, his best friends Mason and Kristie have gained super powers as well. Will their combined creative forces be strong enough to combat the powers of destruction that plague the fair Capitol City?
