Mother's Day Brunch/Springtime in Rome Cooking Class
Join Chef Dan and learn how to create a Great Mother's Day Brunch featuring dishes that highlight "Springtime in Rome". All classes are taught by Chef/Owner Dan Scherotter. Class starts at 9:30am with a continental meet & greet breakfast with the chef and wine director. Before our guest "chefs" start their day in the kitchen, Chef Dan will explain and answer any questions about the menu. A takeaway recipe book will be handed out to each student chef. Everyone will be assigned to different stations to help prepare the menu. All chefs-to-be wear comfortable clothes, closed toe/closed heel shoes, and be prepared to cook up a storm!
After the cooking is done, everyone sits for a family style meal to sample all that they have prepared. Our Wine Director/ General Manager Martino DiGrande will pair a wine with each course and be available to answer questions and offer suggestions about selecting wine for your next dinner party, social event, or dinner for two.
All classes last approximately 4 hours, are $85 a person or book a series of three for $225.
