Nutrition isnt neutralits political. Colonization has deeply shaped what we eat, how we eat, and who profits from our food systems. But food has always been about more than just survivalits about identity, resistance, and liberation.
This interactive workshop will challenge dominant food narratives and explore how we can reclaim ancestral food wisdom beyond capitalism and colonialism.
