This is the standard fee that vendors must pay to participate in the night market.
Small booth (10x10): $25 --If you need more space than the normal 10x10, you'll need to pay for an extra space so in total it'll be $50, ONLY if you need extra space--
Vendor Fee: The cost for a booth at the event is $25. However, with the website we use to collect the vendor fee, it has its own fee which makes the total cost $28.
Necessary Items Vendors Will Need to Bring: To ensure a successful and smooth experience, vendors should bring the following: Booth Setup: [Tables, chairs, tablecloths, display stands, etc.] Payment Processing: [e.g., card readers, cash for sales, etc.] Power Requirements: If you require electricity, please indicate in advance so we can arrange the necessary connections to Araceli.
Each vendor will be provided with a 10x10 ft section for the event to set up their booth. Setup times will be available on January 30th starting at 2PM and we ask that all booths be fully set up by 3:45PM.
Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable unless event is canceled. Exceptions due to extenuating circumstances are at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
