Arrow Through the Heart 2025
Logistics & Practicalities:
What should I wear? (Dress code, weather considerations)
Dress as your most fabulous self! Please consider this the occasion to break out your favorite lingerie, costume or fancy dress. Dress to delight the senses. Leather, satin, latex, mesh Keep it vanilla-friendly until youre past the registration table. Well have somewhere to stash your coat. Consider changing your shoes in the venue to avoid as much snow & ice mess as possible. If you choose to go barefoot, do so at your own discretion.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open at 7pm, dungeon opens at 7:30pm with sensation stations available for two hours. Please arrive by 8:30! We want to play at the party too!! If youre going to be later than that please reach out ahead of time directly to arroweventspgh@gmail.com
What should I bring?
Your ID and Covid vax proof (2024 vaccine required, digital copies ok!)
Fill out your forms ahead of time!
Your favorite sex toys and BDSM implements, cash to tip your tops, a comfortable outfit to go home in, aftercare items. Bring your curiosity and creativity!
Is there food and drink available? (Prices, options, dietary restrictions)
Yes! We will have a snack station with gluten free, vegan, and nut-free options available. We will offer some beverages including coffee and tea.
What is the age limit?
Arrow Through the Heart is for adults 18+
Are there any rules or restrictions?
Please vape or smoke outside only. ATTH is a sober event, if you are visibly intoxicated you will be asked to leave. We will make exceptions for MMJ card holders however please know your limits & disclose your use before negotiating for play.
We will be checking bags for any prohibited items before entry. If any items are in your bag, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle or check it in with the organizers. Repeat offenses or push back about prohibited items being brought into the venue may result in a ban from future events.
If you are not feeling well, please stay home! Masking is sexy so please feel free to mask inside and negotiate if unmasking with the person(s) youre playing with feel comfortable with doing so. Arrow always encourages testing before and after any events.

Come to whiskeys slosh (happy hour) this Saturday, 1/18 at Dukes in Homestead. Well be there from 2-6pm!
Attend the consent roundtable on 2/8! Location TBD

Volunteer! whiskey will be teaching DM classes on Wednesday 2/12 and Thursday 2/13. We also need help with setup and tear down. If you already indicated interest in volunteering, stay tuned for an email next week.
Arrow will provide name tags on lanyards with peoples chosen names and pronouns.

Will I know anyone there? (Can I bring a friend?)
Of course you will make new friends and are more than welcome to come with your crew/poly constellation/partners! However your ticket is for you and you alone. Please have any playmates, friends, platonic life partners, crushes, etc. fill out the Vetting form to purchase a ticket and sign the waiver for ATTH 2025.
What if I feel awkward or out of place?
That is totally normal! However this group has been specifically vetted and generally approved to be cool people. Most of us are incredibly shy so you are not alone in feeling awkward, especially if this is your first play party. We encourage mingling at events before, joining our social media, or just plain taking the leap to chat with others. We are all here to shed the societal judgements and be ourselves, you will likely find your people here!
What is the main focus of the event?
This is a play party, not a dance party. Expect a sexy space with DMs, opportunities to try new things, vetted queer community, great snacks, low (good) music and lighting. Our aftercare area is the perfect spot to have quiet, intimate conversations or cuddle after a good spanking. Sex is allowed - barrier use is encouraged! Dont be afraid to chat and mingle, practice your negotiation skills. Catch up with your crush (or your squish!)
Security measures:
A representative from the venue will be present to handle any instances in which a person needs to be removed from the premises.
2 DMs in hot pink vests will be on duty when the dungeon is open.
Arrow Through the Heart has two volunteer medics who will be consulted in case of emergency or injury.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
DO NOT CALL THE COPS. Arrow Events staff and medics will work together to decide when emergency services need to be called. Please DO NOT call emergency services unless directly asked by an organizer or medic in order to protect the privacy of the attendees.
How can I play safely?
While Arrow cannot fully promise safety, we do promote the acknowledgment that kink play is inherently risky. Effects can be psychological or physical. We trust you to be able to care for yourself and step away from any play that is triggering to you. Arrow will also provide safer sex supplies on our harm reduction table.

Discriminatory behavior may lead to expulsion from Arrow Through the Heart without refund, and may result in a ban from future Arrow Events
Clean up after any extra messy play. BYO supplies if you know you tend to make a big mess. Arrow will provide basic supplies (chucks, lysol wipes) at a cleaning station in the dungeon.
