AEG Nisqually and Puget Sound Chapters Joint Meeting
This is a Tacoma based joint meeting of the AEG Puget Sound and Nisqually chapters.
Talk: "2017 Oroville Spillways Incident and Subsequent Reconstruction"
The speaker will be Doug Boyer, the chief of the Risk-Informed Decision Making Branch of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's Dam Safety Branch. The talk will focus on the highly publicized structure-threatening spillway erosion issues of California's Oroville Dam.
