GranVida Art Therapy Workshop Series, Part 7
GranVida is designed as a 9 month series mimicking the gestation process as a means of rediscovering authentic self.
It is suggested to attend the 9 part series for unsurpassed personal growth but each class can be taken individually. This is your process and you customize your experience as you wish.
Once a month for 9 months, GranVida students meet via zoom to discuss a specific topic parallel to growth in gestation and together we gather our subconscious information and create a personalized piece of art that reveals to us more about our authentic voice.
This month we celebrate the first month of the final trimester and seventh month of our reverse gestation process.
We are big, we are growing rapidly and we are getting ready to meet the world. We have reviewed released and reworked so much and in this class we will proclaim our love. Love for ourselves and declare to the world through our art how we wish to be loved
Note: While this class centers around joy and curating lightheartedness please understand that this workshop has been designed to be a deep healing for you and your child self.
This in mind, please know that this class opens and closes in sacred prayer every time we meet.

June 22nd - First Trimester, Part 2
July 27th - First Trimester, Part 3
Aug 24th- Second Trimester, Part 4
Sept 28th - Second Trimester, Part 5
Oct 26th - Second Trimester, Part 6
Nov 23rd - Third Trimester, Part 7
Dec 21st - Third Trimester, Part 8
Jan 25th - Third Trimester, Part 9
