GranVida Art Therapy Workshop Series, Part 6
GranVida is designed as a 9 month series mimicking the gestation process as a means of rediscovering authentic self.
It is suggested to attend the 9 part series for unsurpassed personal growth but each class can be taken individually. This is your process and you customize your experience as you wish.
Once a month for 9 months, GranVida students meet via zoom to discuss a specific topic parallel to the growth in gestation and together we gather our subconscious information and create a personalized piece of art that reveals to us more about our authentic self.
This month we celebrate the final trimester and sixth month of our reverse gestation process.
We are big, we are growing and we are getting ready to meet the world but we have loved ourselves well and done the work so now we breathe and trust.
Note: While this class centers around joy and curating lightheartedness please understand that this workshop has been designed to be a deep healing for you and your child self.
This in mind, please know that this class opens and closes in sacred prayer every time we meet.
