Farmers Market Beer Dinner with Guest Chef Annette Tomei

Mystery basket cooking competitions never seem to lose their appeal. So, how about putting that idea to work in the creation of a real-life dining experience? Our local farmers' markets offer a great variety of treats no matter the season, and market day can hold many exciting surprises and challenges for chefs and home cooks alike.

For this dinner, Guest Chef Annette Tomei will source all but basic staples from local farmers' markets, bring it back to Jimmy's No. 43, and prepare a delicious three-course meal for you to enjoy. During the meal, she will talk about her day's discoveries, and provide insight into what is in season, and how to cook creatively with the familiar and with the exotic.

Beers will be chosen from NYC Brewers Guild beers, TBA, as part of American Craft Beer Week.
