Borough Based Liberation Project Closing Event
Join us as we celebrate and close out our month-long Borough Based Liberation Project (BBLP), a series of neighborhood cultural events and interventions to collectively vision abolition, climate justice, migrant justice, and housing futures in New York City. As our communities converged, we learned and shared together, creating an intersectional space that connects our local and global struggles to build solidarity and power.
We spotlighted our local resistance and linked struggles for liberation from NYC to Palestine to indigenous territories in Abya Yala through art workshops, exhibitions, teach-ins, gatherings, performances, and celebrations.
Of course our organizing and resistance will continue beyond this month. Come find out ways you can continue to stay involved and plugged in.
The evening will feature DJ YiuYiu, a performance by the Radical Evolution Street Theatre Crew, the launch of an audio walk and so much more!
