Event
Assembly:Required
***This performance is for those students required to go for class.**
Assembly:Required is an immersive, site-specific dance event that takes the audience on a journey through the Goodyear Art Building. Echoes of the buildings past as a womens shoe factory mingle with the current buzz of a thriving studio art facility. Choreographers Matt Reeves and Colette Krogol of Orange Grove Dance and Lecturer in Dance Erin Crawl-Woods weave dynamic movement through the architecture of the space as it pulsates with a new original musical score by composer Dylan Glatthorn. Designed by Professor Kent Barrett and Juli Bounds and performed by the daring students of Dance Theatre Group, Assembly:Required is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between the Department of Theatre + Dance and the Studio Art Program.
