The presentation concludes with an update on the landmark Beacon Case, addressing the scope of an architect's duty, presently on Appeal to the California Supreme Court, in which the presenter firm is Amicus Curiae Counsel for AIA National and AIA California as well as recent trends in in alternative shared risk environments.
