WORD TO YOUR MOTHER: Presented by Live Wire! Radio, Back Fence PDX and Wordstock
Live Wire! Radio, Back Fence PDX and Wordstock Present:

WORD TO YOUR MOTHER

An Evening of True Tales, Mortifying Experiences, and Juicy Back Talk featuring six amazing performers from three of Portland's fantastic non-fiction shows:

From Mortified:

Sarah Hoopes is a data miner who dreams of becoming a wind farmer, a futurist who blogs fifteen years ago daily, and a homegrown Cascadia liberation sympathizer.

Greg Gasperin is a simple man who enjoys indulging in simple pleasures ranging from torturing unsuspecting natives of a small village in Northern Italy to talking smack about his grandmother.

From Back Fence PDX:

Adam Arnold, Portlands preeminent fashion designer, grew up in Kelso, Washington. His designs are born of dreams and memories, and nature in the Pacific Northwest. His clothing is one-of-a-kind and made-to-measure. He lives and works in Southeast Portland. www.adam-arnold.com

David Bragdon is a current Metro Council president, Harvard graduate and former Portland taxi driver. He grew up in New York and moved to Portland at the age of 12.

From True Stories:

Chelsea Cain, the New York Times Bestselling author of Heartsick, Sweetheart and the upcoming Evil at Heart, as well as a contributor to British Elle, Ms. Magazine and The New York Times Book Review contributor.

Courtenay Hameister, the head writer and host(ess) of Live Wire Radio, OPB commentator, freelance writer and recent contributor to the anthology What Was I Thinking?: 58 Bad Boyfriend Stories.

Special Guest Host Derrick Brown, an author, paratrooper, and skank magacian, will man the microphone and Musical Guest LOCH LOMOND will bring the symphonic chamber pop.

Surprise Treats for Moms from Saint Cupcake and One Inch Round.
