DUD HOPES (KRYPTONITE) is a brand new live immersive theatre experience not in a theatre space. This is a one on one outdoor experience for one audience member at a time and one artist, together exploring hope, home and the things that make us, shape us and help us remember who the hell we are. You will be asked to wear headphones throughout. You will be looked after and your care will always be at the core of the experience. (Please arrive 10 mins before your booked time slot).
"Where your fear is, there is your task" Carl Jung
What does the word home mean to you? What is your superpower? And are we just living or truly alive?
**Please be reminded that if you book a FREE ticket and can no longer attend after booking, it is very important that you cancel so that the ticket can be reallocated as you are the only 1 audience member for that time slot and if you do not show up, the performance will not be able to go ahead.** Any questions about tickets or cancelling your slot - please email: contact@sharrondevine.com

Accessibility
This is a walking experience and the work is suitable for audiences using a wheelchair and who are visually impaired.
Babes in arms also welcome.
There is a public toilet at the start of our route in Dudhope Park that is wheelchair accessible.
This work consists of a walk through the park on paved areas as well as pavements on the surrounding streets. You will be met by front of house in Dudhope park by the Tennis Courts and there is an accessible bathroom at this point. The pavements have mild to moderate cracks, and there is one side road on the route. The side road has a steep decline to the kerb on one side, and this kerb is 2 inches high. The kerb on the other side of the road is a drop kerb. If The kerb poses a barrier to you, please let us know and we can provide an alternative route. When on the walk, Sharron can provide balance support and sighted guide as part of the experience with physical contact ordinarily via linked arms. If you require essential companion on your walk in addition, they are more than welcome please just let us know. If you need to change the pace or have a rest at any time, this is absolutely fine. There will always be a second member of the team shadowing the walk and they will be equipped with items for your safety and comfort. As the show is in public areas, the experience may vary in which obstacles occur, but Sharron will chat you through any obstacles and make any changes to the walk in accordance with this when necessary. In terms of the sensory experience, although you will be wearing headphones as part of the show, you may also find you are impacted by environmental factors such as traffic noise and wind.
Anyone using a wheelchair can also be accommodated via an alternative route.
Should you have any further access questions about the work and to tell us about your specific access needs before coming so we can support you to attend, please email:
