West Side Stories believes that everyone has a story. Our goal? To give those stories a forum.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
Sonoma Valley Portworks provides a stage, a microphone, a theme to inspire and shape the evening, a lively and supportive audience, and Dave Pokorny to host & guide the festivities.
WSS are limited to five minutes. Potential tellers drop their name in the hat, 10 get pulled at random and are heard.
After all the stories are told a random audience-member chooses their favorite of the evening, and that teller wins $50 cash!
That's how we do it, it's what's called a StorySlam!
