Your Instructor
Alex Spilger has led LEED Exam Training workshops through organizations such as local chapters of the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and American Institute of Architects, the Sustainable Building Advisors Program and the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business among others. He draws from his experience working on over two dozen green building projects to offer practical and engaging workshops designed to prepare you pass the test with confidence - the first time.
In addition to delivering the material in a clear and concise format, GreenStep presents the types of questions that are asked on the exam so you know what and how to study. We review example scenarios from real world projects to help you better understand and remember the material while giving you an opportunity to put the concepts to practice.
Workshop Description
The workshop will review in depth the key concepts that are tested on the exam, including:
* Credit intents, requirements & submittals
* Project team coordination
* LEED process and LEED Online
* Technical credit analysis
* Credit synergies and test taking strategies
Workshop participants will be provided with the following:
* Workbook that follows along with the outline of the course and summarizes the key information
* A 25 question in-class practice exam
* An 80 question take-home exam
* LEED Summary Scorecard
Workshop cost is: $300 per person
