Beginning Etching Press Workshop
This class is a basic 2 hour intro class learning to use an etching press. Emphasis on basic press use and print techniques using acid (Ferric Chloride). We will be learning on a Griffin Series IV etching press. David Spiher will be teaching the class. The class is exclusively for Compound artists interested in using the in house etching press. This is also a good opportunity for Compound artists who have previously taken a class, to print with assistance. 10 student limit. Be prepared to get inky!
