Stand-up comedy is back at Write Act Repertory! Join us for a side-splitting special night of laughs by top comedians to help Save Our Sh#t!
Producers John Lant and Anne Mesa with host Keith Michael Ashton present Save Our Sh#t!, a benefit show to support live theatre! Top notch comics are here to save the day and challenge us on a range of topics! Featuring professional comics from Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, Ice House, The Comedy Chateau, Flappers, Lyric/Hyperion, and more! Also featured on shows such as Abbott Elementary, Comedy Central, BET's ComicView, and The Tonight Show to name a few. You'll leave with fresh perspectives, inspiration, and bold opinions! This is not for the faint of heart. Laughter makes the world go round, so come in, spread the laughter, and keep the theatre world going! Plus, no drink minimum!

Under the producing artistic leadership of John Lant since 2003, an award-winning producer and director of over 100 plays in LA and NYC, including 17 Off-Broadway plays. WRITE ACT REPERTORY has produced over 75 Mainstage and 125 original one-act plays in Los Angeles and New York City. Write Act Repertory currently has work on Off-Broadway plays running at St. Clements, Theater Row, MTC City Center, St. Lukes Theatre, Actors Temple Theater and ATA, in the heart of Broadway Theatre District. This company is dedicated to the development of original plays, lesser-known works by established writers, adaptations of classical-themed materials and musicals.
