Divas and '80s Ladies in Grand Forks

We are delighted to announce that, as part of its fundraiser, the Boundary Women's Coalition Resource Centre is bringing in award-winning musical-comedy entertainer Bonnie Kilroe with a version of her one-woman DIVAS show to the Gem Theatre in Grand Forks.

This will be a musical comedy celebrity impersonation show with live vocals and full costumes, featuring Bonnie singing the songs of 20 iconic singers, actresses, and entertainers such as legends with timeless appeal--Cher, Dolly Parton, Madonna, Reba McEntire, Tina Turner, Marilyn Monroe--to her tribute to the 80s ladies of rock--Blondie, Pat Benatar, Cyndi Lauper, etc.--to stars of the present--Lady Gaga and Shakira, among others

Bonnie loves to pay homage to classic Divas while keeping up with the latest entertainers and current events to create mash-ups that appeal to a wide demographic, bringing the "Boomers" and the "Girls Night Out" crowd together in celebration.

She is definitely "A 'Farce' to be Reckoned With!"

Bonnie's show combines Vaudevillian comedy with singing and spectacular costumes, creating a powerful parade of fun and parody!

This show has won several awards over the last few years for MOST UNIQUE ACT, BEST COMEDY, BEST COSTUME, BEST SHOWCASE and an AWARD OF EXCELLENCE from the Las Vegas Reel Awards and The Sunburst Convention for Professional Celebrity Impersonators in Orlando, Florida.
