Pressure Canning Pointers Canning Vegetables and Meats August 28th 2-4pm and 6:30 8:30pm
Pressure Canning doesnt have to be scary, but is necessary when preserving vegetables, meat, fish or poultry. Learn how to safely use a pressure canner, and specific recommendations when canning vegetables, meat, fish and poultry.
Classes will be taught by Sandy Brown, retired WSU Extension Food Safety Emeritus faculty. She has 35 years experience in preserving food safely and helping others do the same. Join her for some informative discussions on how to preserve food easily and safely.
