GranVida Art Therapy Workshop: Part 1, First Trimester
In this first workshop we will reconnect with ourselves on a primary level.
This class is about playing with our favorite colors, themes and allowing our child self to create while feeling good doing it!
In creating part one of our masterpiece, we will uncover some emotional truths and learn to make space for this kind of reflection in order to HONOR OURSELVES.
Please understand that being an artist is NOT necessary to participate in these workshops and regardless YOU WILL BENEFIT. These workshops are NOT about becoming an artist but rather UNDERSTANDING SELF on a deep level through the art that comes THROUGH us. Repeating this artistic practice increases our sensibilities allowing us to take better note of our own instincts, thoughts and desired lives which comes through our creations.
Zoom access emailed to paid participants prior to class.
Emails will be sent with an overview of each specific workshop, what to anticipate and what to bring to be prepared!

9 Part Series : $350 Available for purchase only until 5/24/24
Classes are virtual allowing access from anywhere via zoom

July 27th - Your Experiences, First Trimester
Aug 24th- Are You Aligned?, Second Trimester
Sept 28th - Who Made You?, Second Trimester
Oct 26th - Making a Declaration, Second Trimester
Nov 23rd - Love, Third Trimester
Dec 21st - Nesting, Third Trimester
Jan 25th - Delivery, Third Trimester
