Ecco Passover Dinner
Ecco is hosting its second annual kosher-style Passover dinner on Monday, April 14. Executive Chef Jonathan Beatty has developed a menu that features many traditional European dishes while bringing in a few modern touches, too.
The cost is only $40 per person (excluding tax, gratuity and alcohol). Seating is very limited, so get your tickets today!
The four-course prix fixe dinner, which will be served family-style around the communal tables in the private dining room beginning at 6:30pm, includes:
FIRST COURSE Salmon gefilte fish, shaved fennel, spring lettuce, crème fraiche dressing
SECOND COURSE Saffron matzo balls in spring onion broth with poached chicken ballontine
THIRD COURSE Roasted Cornish hen with pistachio and apricot haroseth stuffing Wood oven-roasted beef brisket, fresh horseradish and herb crust Potato kugel with crispy shallots Quinoa and shaved asparagus salad, toasted hazelnut vinaigrette
DESSERT Matzah candy bark Pavlova, macerated strawberries, Valrhona chocolate balsamic
Please note, there will be no Seder service.
