Join the AFFIRME Program team for a dynamic symposium that elevates the role of Community Health Workers in pediatric settings! Through interactive discussions, expert panels, and networking opportunities, we will share innovative strategies that tackle health inequities among pediatric patients and their families.
Who: Community health workers, families, healthcare professionals, public health practitioners, policymakers, and researchers who are passionate about family-centered approaches to addressing social risk factors
