Shorewood Culinary Arts Culmination Dinner
The evening will begin at 5:45pm outside in the Culinary Arts Garden with a mocktail and passed Hors d'oeuvres. If weather uncooperative will being in Career Center.

The Menu:
Mocktail Agua Fresca de Pepino
Hors d'oeuvres Tarte Flambee Bulgogi Gimbap
First Course Miso Soup with Tofu, Wakame, and Scallion Pancake
Second Course Alaskan King Salmon with Bok Choy, Kimchi Fried Rice, PNW mushrooms, and Coriander Sauce
Third Course Strawberry-Rhubarb Trifle with Mascarpone Cream
**Our Chef Dinner is a student led activity. We are restricted to making menu accommodations for vegetarian requests only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
These fundraising dinners take place in the Shorewood Culinary Arts classroom and dining room. Money raised at these events fund Culinary Arts education, including the purchase of new kitchen equipment, teaching materials, field trips, student Chef coats and garden supplies.
