Decatur Fine Arts Academy Spring 2024 Concert Series: Robert Cushing, piano and composition
Please join the Decatur Fine Arts Academy for the second recital of our inaugural concert series with a chamber music recital given by Robert Cushing! Alongside saxophonist Scott Brown, soprano Casey Margerum, and violinist Julie Saxton, Robert will perform works by Frédéric Chopin, Gabriel Fauré, Takashi Yoshimatsu, and an original song cycle, "Afternoon on a Hill" featuring text by Edna St. Vincent Millay.
Tickets are pay-what-you-can, with a suggested amount of $10 -
but any amount is welcomed and appreciated! All ticket proceeds support the Decatur Fine Arts Academy in its mission to provide high-quality music education and music events to the Decatur community.
