K E N N Y Y U N "Mom Spilled Guts on my Taters" Please don't start Mom! It's bad enough sitting in a smorgasbord, eating taters. Hope people aren't staring. How can I get her to stop? Oh no, I can't believe mom's going there!
W A Y N E H A R R I S "My Trip to the Holy Land" On February 21, 2013, Arafay Jadarat, a Palestinian demonstrator, died while in Israeli custody. At the time, Wayne was flying across the Atlantic on a U.S. State Department sponsored trip to Jerusalem to perform a story about Martin Luther King for Palestinian children. On the plane, he meets a little old Jewish woman from Long Island who tells him "Young man, nothing will ever happen over there until those Arabs love their children more than they hate the Jews. I always say that."

* * * REVIEW OF RECENT SOLO SUNDAYS PERFORMANCE * * * - > "Nestled in the burgeoning hipster scene of San Francisco's Mission District, Stage Werx seeks to continue the rich heritage of solo performance theater in San Francisco with its ongoing series, Solo Sundays. The stage is sparse, set with one measly folding chair something that left audience members skeptical of Solo Sunday's production value. However, the solo performances instantly proved themselves to be their own uniquely fascinating art form. At once both intimate and frantically dynamic, a soloist of the night would weave through the dizzying variety of characters and settings that populated his or her stream-of-consciousness narrative, richly autobiographical in a fashion that blurred fiction and reality." - Daily Californian
