Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier
There are two sides to every story...
In this hilarious musical parody we finally get to see the story of Aladdin from the villains point of view - and boy is it a whole new world!
Happy Sad Productions are proud to present 'Twisted: The Untold Story of a Royal Vizier'. Told in a similar style to 'Wicked', this twisted version of the childhood classic reveals Ja'far is actually a hardworking and honest man who only wants to help the people of the Magic Kingdom. When the spoiled and naive Princess angers the prince of the Kingdom of Pik-zar, Ja'far must protect his people from the invading army, the kingdoms own bumbling Sultan and the most notorious thief in the land, Aladdin!
After a little visit from some of Disneys most devious villains - who were actually all just massively misunderstood - Jafar must choose between staying true to his morals and letting the kingdom fall to ruin, or becoming the twisted warlock they already believe he is in order to save his people
With the kind-hearted Princess by his side (whose run-in with Aladdin has opened her eyes to real world issues) and the help of an all-powerful Djinn (whos, like, really funny), will Jafar manage to save the Magic Kingdom from Pik-zar and beat the famed Aladdin for good?
This show is recommended for ages 14+ due to bad language, cartoon violence and scenes of a saucy nature.
