The Heiress by Ruth and Augustus Goetz is an adaption of the Henry James novel, Washington Square. The story revolves around the life of Catherine, whose father is a distinguished but controlling doctor. Catherine is unmarried and time is running out before she becomes a spinster, so she is delighted to finally find a suitor, this feeling is not shared by her father. Will Catherine find the strength to follow her dream or succumb to her fathers wishes. This lavish costume drama promises to be a feast for the eyes.
