Ovations 2014: The Great Broadway Musical
Professionally staged under the stars at Blair's amphitheatre, amazingly talented 6th-12th graders will bring to life parts of Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Will Rogers Follies and more.
The full "Blair Bowl" experience includes Jazz Band performances before the show and dinners catered by the Culinary Arts Academy. Dinner sales begin at 6:30 pm.
No assigned seating; tickets are good for any of the three shows. In case of rain, tickets are good for the following weekend.
Ms. Benita Scheckel, Blair's International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme Coordinator and choir instructor, directs Ovations. Bringing in professional choreography, lighting, sound, costumes and orchestra raises the bar for this annual production, and students successfully respond to the challenge.
