Black Punk Weekend [In-Person Only] - Brunch Only
BLACK PUNK BRUNCH March 31 from 11am to 2pm at Black & Tan Hall
BRUNCH ONLY TICKET: $25
About the festival:
Black Punk Weekend centers around the documentary film Afropunk, and release of the book, Black Punk Now, both by James Spooner.
On the last day of the festival (Sunday), Black & Tan Hall will host the Black Punk Brunch (created through the culinary artistry of Chef Tarik Abdullah), where we will honor local artist and punk pioneer Kimya Dawson with an award; chat with Kimya to follow! Spooner will also be signing copies of his film and books at brunch.
