Audubon provides our younger campers with an opportunity to experience nature through hands-on activities that teach appreciation and respect. Campers will become familiar with animals and plants that live here at the Bent of the River, as well as their own backyards, during daily hikes. Afternoons will include story time, games and a daily project.
June 30- July 3** Wet n' Wild: Bring your boots, it's going to be a wet week!
July 7 - July 11 Birds and Bugs: Study the fascinating birds and insects that live around us.
July 14 - July 18 Animal Adventures: Search fields, forests, and the marsh for animals that live at the Bent.
July 21 - July 25 Playing in Nature: Are you spending too much time indoors? Get outside and play! July 28 - Aug 1 Water Wonders: Discover animals that live in ponds, marshes, and streams. Splash in our streams and catch aquatic animals in the river.
Aug 4 - Aug 8 The Curious Naturalist: Explore and use natural materials as art.
Aug 11 - Aug 15 Bees, Bugs, and Blooms Where do flowers come from? What type of bees, butterflies, and other insects visit flowers.
**Week of June 30th: No day camp on Friday, July 4, $225 members and $260 non-members
