In this class, we will learn a sher --a Yiddish square dance in which every dancer has a chance to shine; a couples bulgar, danced in groups of four; and a related Moldovan dance called Rata, or Duck, that will have you waddling merrily around your partner. Instruction by the Yiddish Book Centers Asya Vaisman Schulman with musical accompaniment by Brian Bender.
