The Farm at Doe Run is a farmstead, grass fed, artisan cheese operation in the rolling hills of Chester County Pennsylvania. The farm raises Jersey and Normande Cows, sheep, and goats with a seasonal milking schedule. With a focus on creativity, the cheese collection regularly includes limited production runs and one of R+D projects. Each cheese is a distillation of the lush grass grown in SouthEastern Pennsylvania and intended to showcase each milk type.
