The Corn Fed Girls Workshop sponsored by GLAMA
Ever wonder how a song goes from solo singer-songwriter to a heart-thumping performance by the entire band? The Corn Fed Girls walk you through their process for shaping material choosing style, adding instrumentation, trying vocal harmonies and introducing counterpoint lines to complement the melody. Don't miss this insider's guide to building a musical arrangement from one of Michigan's favorite festival circuit bands.
This event is ALL AGES, and kids 16 and under are FREE with an adult.

The Great Lakes Acoustic Music Association (GLAMA) is a Kalamazoo, Michigan-based all-volunteer nonprofit organization dedicated to acoustic music. GLAMA promotes earplug-free live music that invites participation, whether it's clapping, singing along with the chorus or picking out the chords. Through jam sessions, instructional workshops and the annual Cooper's Glen Music Festival, GLAMA works to widen the circle of acoustic music listeners and players in Southwest Michigan.
