Matiss Duhon taught himself to juggle at the age of 13, then immediately began teaching anyone with the slightest interest in learning. Five years later, a local pizza restaurant invited Matiss to perform, launching his stage career. Matiss has performed across the country, including in Texas, Iowa, Illinois, Washington DC, New York, and Maine. In a career highlight, footage of Matiss juggling was once used in a montage about Chicago during a German news program. Matiss can be found performing solo and with slackline walker George Weatherbee at the Saturday Farmers Markets in Portland, ME. Matiss also likes dinosaurs, cephalopods, comics, and GIS. He has even studied three of these at the college level. matissduhon.com
