The Canadian Mosaik Choral Festival enriches, inspires and energizes local community choirs of all ages and levels of experience. Our mosaic of voices and song celebrates the broad range of communities in Canada and the choral art through workshops and performances in a non-competitive festival environment with a recognized choral professional; 2012 was Scott Leithead, 2013 Stephen Hatfield, 2014 Brian Tate, 2015 Mark Sirett, 2016 Laurier Fagnan, 2017 Kellie Walsh, 2018 Jennifer Moir, and special guest soprano Essi Wuorela from Rajaton! 2019 was Kathleen Allan, 2020 Carrie Tennant, and this year we welcome Manitoba's Elroy Friesen!

Sponsored by Harmonia Choir of Ottawa, and École secondaire publique De La Salle, choirs from across the city have the unique opportunity to come together to sing in workshops and performance, led this year by guest conductor Elroy Friesen. Workshops and rehearsals will culminate in an evening concert in which participants perform eclectic programmes by the local ensembles, and finally in a massed choir directed by Elroy Friesen.

Featured in this concert will be Aella Choir, Ottawa Catholic School Board Children's and Chamber Choirs, Cumberland Community Singers, Ottawa Children's Choir - Boys Choir, Chorale De La Salle, and Harmonia Choir of Ottawa.
