BROTHER HAL - BLUE Cast
Lumina Studio Theatre is proud to present BROTHER HAL, a contemporary adaptation of Shakespeare's HENRY V. Once again, Lumina's production plays with time as BROTHER HAL is transported to Flint, Michigan during the labor union strikes of the late 1930's. Lumina examines the pressing issues from the past, and present, of wage inequality and workers' rights. As a modern American power struggle between an entrenched powerful foe and a charismatic leader of "union peasants," BROTHER HAL crackles with the tension of 20th century conflict and the beauty of Shakespeare's verse.
