Be a VENDOR at the Michelle Garcia Winner Conference
Michelle Garcia Will be presenting:"Implementing Social Thinking Concepts and Vocabulary into our School and Home: A Day to Develop Team Creativity."
We are pleased to announce that the Belmont Redwood Shores Special Ed PTA (SEPTA) and the Special Ed PTA of Redwood City (SEPTAR) are co-presenting a 1-day conference with Michelle Garcia Winner. This all-day conference takes place on Friday May 8, 2009 at the Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Ave., Redwood City.
The mission of these organizations is to provide support and education for the parents and staff serving children with special needs. As part of the conference we will be having a vendor hall where local providers and companies will be able to provide families and professionals with information about services or products. Conference attendees will be able to visit the vendor hall during conference breaks and lunch. This is an excellent marketing opportunity for local businesses.
We are asking that businesses donate $100.00 to SEPTAR to secure a table. Alternatively, for a $35.00 donation businesses can provide us with their materials and we will have the materials available in the vendor hall. If you are also interested in attending the conference your cost will be the price of admission and only a $50.00 donation.
Both groups are non-profits and donations are tax deductable. All proceeds from the vendor hall will go toward our groups programming, such as: educational speakers, parent support groups, family social events, special education staff grants and course tuitions.
You will be provided with a receipt for your donation. For questions please email septarevent@gmail.com
