Come and enjoy a full evening of Japanese culture through music, dance, language, art and food. This is a fundraiser to help provide a rich, cultural experience for our Sakaide Sister City student delegates when they visit Sausalito this summer--July 24th through Aug 3rd.
Our evening will begin with hosted appetizers, sake, wine and beer served in the serene beautiful gardens of Campbell Hall. We will experience a traditional Kagami Biraki (Sake Barrel breaking ceremony) as we officially open our Full Moon Blossom Festival and welcome the new Bay Area Japanese Consul, Mr Masato Watanabe.
A delicious dinner with dessert hosted by Ms Suzi Buchholz and Mr. Yoshi Tome of the famous Sushi Ran Restaurant in Sausalito and a full evening of traditional Japanese entertainment, music to dance to by Hiro and the Blue Whales Band, and MORE awaits you!
Formal Japanese attire is encouraged. Shuttle service will be available from Spencer Ave Exit off Hwy 101 North beginning at 5:00 pm. For further information please call 415-328-6320
