Spanish cinema genius Alex de la Iglesia (THE LAST CIRCUS; FERPECT CRIME) has never been one to restrain himself, and his latest is no exception. WITCHING AND BITCHING is an endlessly inventive, incredibly tasteless and always hilarious horror comedy that's definitely one of the highlights of this year's fest. The simple premise - Jewel thieves on the run come afoul of a coven of witches - gives de la Iglesia full birth to let his imagination run wild, and it goes into non-stop directions that few directors outside of Terry Gilliam could come up with. It's a one-of-a-kind picture from a brilliant comedy director working at the top of his talents. Don't miss this one!
