Of course, a person of any gender can be a witch, but witchcraft is historically and culturally most strongly associated with women. Witches are women who fight back. Patriarchal societies have long been terrified of the power and empowerment of women, seeking to control, marginalize, and demonize our knowledge, our sexuality, our wills our magic. Well, we say f**k that! On April 27, a cast of badass burlesque babes is bringing you a proper celebration of witchy women! Come be enchanted by a lineup of pop culture's iconic superheroes, supervillains, sorceresses, and supernatural heroines in an unforgettably magical evening at beautiful Revival Event Venue! Whether these characters use their powers for good, evil, or something more complicated, you're sure to love the spell this show will put you under!
